For anyone doing due diligence on GBRC, here are two posts from "Google Finance" that appear to be relevant. Can any board readers shed any light on these comments. If Gershow, for example, was indicted for fraud, what was the nature of the fraud.

Alright, i'll comment. first off i'll agree that these rantings are some what infantile, and i suppose you might accuse me of the same for responding back to john in a hostile way.go ahead, but hear me out.

when i first purchased this stock i did ok with it and sold it at 5.00. then i bought it back at around 3 and all the way up to 3.50, it reached 3.55. these people will sell you all the shares you want, but when you want to get rid of them( because they are obviously on the phone with each other) they put a point spread of .10 on it and will only buy back 500 or less. there is no way to sell off when they decide to run it down right after you buy. in other words this is what
john means by fishing for suckers!

this is the only stock i have seen this happen on other than VMW and the're just a bunch of vultures.but people are catching on to that one too. no dought you can sell on the way up but when these scammers see you buy several thousand shares
they run it down, as i've already mentioned.

i'm sure there are a lot of good people involved in this stock. it is the few like the child that called me a dumbass for wishing everyone well that are tearing it apart, not john. if anything he opened a few of our eyes to the real problem here and it is not the company. it's too bad because i do like
what the company is doing, it's a very positive thing. but i won't be getting back in ever!

also john if your reading this i appoligise for
what i called you and thanks for getting me away from these uptight childish scam artists. by the way scammers being on the phone scamming trades is a federal offense.

Well, I tend to post comments that are generally not well written.

True. I came apon this energy speculative stock a few months back. When I started to look into the company I was indignant at the presentation of the video given it's unproffessional content.

If these guys where for real with over 1200 frequencies of microwaves turning plastics and tires into oil then I would have expected a professional explaining the process and quite frankly the tech looks like an amatuer.

Also, the same old PR news is pumped out with this company. Gershow is suppose to buy or have one of these HAWK-10s in the fall. Well I have called them personally and they don't know a thing about this.

The manager sounded disgusted or put off when I inquired about this HAWK-10.

This company Global Resources has had a previous life and you know what? They lost money there too. I would suggest people investigate the 10Ks and 8ks carfully.

Gershow was indicted for fraud in the past and you can not ignore this very public fact. Although I see it is difficult to find it on the web today. Perhaps those conected to this scam have made it more difficult to access via the web. No proof I know, but this is not a court so decide for yourself.

This stock has been manipulated and will continue to be manipulated until someone like the SEC could look into this.

I have no doubt that the maipulators of this stock are actually
enjoying the negative comments I put out hear. Please if you bother to read this do not invest even speculatively in this company. As SAFF has said and others before him have already said, they could not sell this stock readily when they wanted to. Check all posts they are there
for you to read.

How to beat them at there game. Call the SEC and voice your
concerns. Another would be sell off in small blocks at a time and get out slowly as these guys are greedy and will try to push this for all it is worth.

Best of luck to anyone stuck with this PIG of a scam.
