Mike: I agree completely, the first step should be to trade on the OTCBB once the merger is complete. Then in the 1st quarter of 2008 we can uplist to either the AMEX or NASDAQ. My choice would be the NASDAQ. If we're going to do the reverse split, we might as well make it a little bigger and go to $5 and get on the NASDAQ!
Many of us longs will be holding a majority of our shares for at least 2 years IMO.
