you have it exactly right, IMO. i never thought we'd reach a day when people are upset about the outstanding and authorized being TOO LOW!

i think the strategy here was to take as much weight off the common market as possible.

management succeeded - and then some. now the reality that PHGI is not a share machine.. but rather more of a share vacuum, is really rocking the boat a little bit.

someone just reported the common authorized is down to 150M?

when we start producing revenues (near-term) and when our share price (likely on the OTCBB) reflects some of the assets in our company, the officers and directors will have as much opportunity as any of us to realize real value here.

when we have a vibrant and liquid market, trading millions of dollars a day, officers and directors can do whatever they'd like with their preferred.

i think they have all the incentive in the world to get us there. price DOES matter now.. because they've clearly taken the high road and instead of diluting the heck out of the common shares they are really reigning them in hard.
