curber :) This is consistent with the posts on this board as well as the interviews with the President. It is now crystal clear that Yucatan had not controlled BHUB until the new management team amended the Articles of Incorporation and issued themselves shares in the newly established class of preferreds.

Wordsmithing allowed for many to believe Yucatan was in control when they were merely laying claim to assume control. And, with a little help from wordsmithing many were led to believe trading would resume in ~90 days. Wordsmithing suggested it was ludicrous to question the control and that it shouldn't be that difficult to affect the SB-2 tender.

In reality, that bought Yucatan time and protection from challenges. And if wordsmithing wins out again and Form 4s aren't filed and rights under Florida law aren't aserted-- then what? What happens come Nov 20th? What happens when BHUB trades again? Eventually Yucatan et all will desire to get $$ for their troubles. How will that happen?
