DIRK,,,,I found this on GOOGLE. It's a removed page, but in cashed mode....the story is still there. Talks about the 2 Dre's.

Anyways, I was thumbing through the financials, and I see that in the June 30 ending balance sheet, they have only listed as $387k in total assets, and about $147k in cash. In the 2007 financials projections on the biz plan, they list total 2007 assets as $845k and total cash as $387k.

But....look at the liabilities, they list $480k in notes payable. Seems to me that the DRE is making loan to ISBL, and that he personally is getting paid the $500k, and then loaning the money to ISBL for operations. It's not like ISBL is getting the money for free. That, or ISBL assumed debt from BRFG for taking on CED ENTERTAINMENT and SWIRL. If you read the BRFG PR from August 28, it says:

"Beere Financial is moving its business strategy towards the automotive business and out of the Entertainment and Technology Business. The company announced that it has sold its entertainment subsidiaries, CED Entertainment, Vessel Worldwide Music and Swirl Entertainment and its remaining non-automotive subsidiaries for the assumption of corporate debt."

That "suumption of corporate debt means that the buyer assumed the BRFG corporate debt, so that could be the reason for the projected $480k in the biz plan.

Just compare financials on the website from Period Ending June 2007 and the newly released biz plan update that your friend found today.

Maybe they could clarify where is the $480k in notes payable coming from.....loan from DRE or assumption of the debt of BRFG for CED and SWIRL. My gut tells me it's the latter. If that is the case, this is good news, because DRE is basically assigning his MONEY to ISBL balance sheet.

To me,,,,when someone commits their own money to a project....that's a good sign.
