I have been watching the tape today as the volume, while still very low, is the heaviest its been in a week. It appears to be accuulation but it is hard to tell. Upticks lead and there have been some nice size trades at the .006 level. Last day of the quarter if there are any institutions looking to do some window dressing. :)
