The company had -5K in revenue last quarter, so I wouldn't say things were going well. Gotshalk's background is real estate and he knows nothing about the debit card business. He was just some guy that had control of a shell. Now Kyle and his parents must feel like they hit the lottery. Larry moved esafe into this shell without first retiring the 30 million shares Piedmont owned and now it's costing him big.
