It has NOTHING to do with Market Maker manipulation....and it has EVERYTHING to do with the declining volume...the impatient profit takers...the lack of NEWS...the overextended chart...etc...

If you think that FCCN is the victim of "market maker manipulation" then I would suggest contacting the S.E.C. They do listen to what you have to say...and believe it or not...they will investigate your claims...

Don't try to pawn of the PPS being a result of something that it is clearly not...
