I don't think so, but don't quote me. I was in ATGDQ before its 1:50 r/s then r/m after into DGIF. (.05 to $1.70 high) the "Q" was still attached before the transition so I would say no, debts have to be either settled or transfered to the new company though, I would believe, that is a legal matter.
