laddadg - I would tend to place more confidence in the investment savy of these PIPE players (sharks) than the average investor. --

I agree that they should know more than the average investor, if nothing else, then just by meeting with cor execs and getting the feedback of body language, over attitude, and, well you get the idea.... Those are certainly indicators that we cannot get much of via email, although we might get a touch of it from a conference call...

Still if the call comes after a long day, fight with spouse, or other end, a son hitting a home run in his latest t-ball game, all of these can effect the sound of a phone call.

But a pipers visit, assuming there was one or two, would, in my mind give them a leg up on the rest of us by just being there, seeing the level of commitment by employees, and of course a few million warrants thrown in....... would be a plus.
