Just curious in a nutshell what did Pandey actually do to get fired? One point and it is related about another poster who said this was planned by BASU and the BOD....BASU and others I assumed conducted detailed DD on this company and must of uncovered some of these issues beforehand, I assume this is no surprise to them that things were screwed up, right? Does anyone really know how messed up this is?
