S8 for 2.5M is pretty much dried up. O/S only 30M. Look at the chart, reversal in progress.

TOTAL CURRENT LIABILITIES 10,024,339
From last 10Q Book = -.043
With new assets of over 50M, book should be around $1.60.

Amstar Financial Services Acquires $3,000,000 Asset

JUPITER, Fla., Jan 15, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Amstar Financial Services, Inc. (AMAF) announced effective 12/31/03 it acquired a $3,000,000 Asset subject to additional diligence. The $3,000,000 Asset is a Note Receivable secured by a 1st Mortgage on land recently valued at over $50,000,000. The Asset was acquired in exchange for fully restricted shares of Amstar common stock valued at 75 cents per share, and Amstar will retain all voting rights until the Note is paid.
