MY GUESS is vote on $0.55 buyout offer presented by Kartex will end up being just a formality.... as THAT deal will be found to be dead.... and superseded by a BETTER buyout offer to be voted on - which will br part of the real reason for holding the shareholders meeting...

THEORY: (this would explain why Aurus seemingly lost interest in Kartex offer, as Eik may have uncovered... a better offer was submitted by another party, to Kartex's officials apparent dismay as they don't earn the large commission they envisioned)
