ND Well pumping in December? Not according to Tom. He said the "well should be DONE by the end of the year." DONE in no way means pumping Oil and Gas, or generating revenue. Take note that Tom clearly stated that concrete pads have to be completed, OIL TANKS need to be brought in, lines installed, electrical put in place. Nothing in Tom's email today made as much as a passing reference to OIL PUMPING by the end of the year.
