Well that explains quite a lot. It does tell me where all the emotion (vs. logic/thought) comes from. It shows me where all the bitterness comes from.
I've no reason to doubt that you and your family were too foolish/greedy and did put an unreasonable amount into EDEX. Should that be the case, you got what you deserve.
Is it sad? Yes. It it fair? Yes. Where should you take all your P&M'ing? To the mirror and not to this board.
Tell mom to get a self propelled. Or, put your $$$ in another pink (with your wisdom/insight/intelligence - all things you are trying to portray - it should be no problem) and reap some profits and buy her a riding mower. That is, if you really love her. And don't go cheap. I'm sure with your brilliance you will turn a forture in the pinksheets. But her quality!
