I'm totally unknowledgable of the time necessary to bring a new company public.

"It is our intention to have 141 Capital trading in the public market before the end of October 2007"

Is this really possible? Don't you have to have a prospectus available for 30 days or something like that? And then you have to register with an exchange and have at least one MM apply to trade your stock. Is anyone knowledgeable enuf of this process to comment?
