I just spoke with Andrew. In a nutshell, the definitive agreement does not require an 8K. With that said I asked about the sign business, and what could we expect from that. I was told that the company is still operating and to expect news concerning the existing operations in timely fashion, and maybe a spin-off of existing operations(probably private Co). This will then open AVWI to reverse merge.

Timeline is unknown for sure, but expected 'soon'. I would guess within October we will have details of the current operations, and some insight to the pork financials to top it all off. :)

If I were to guess further, I would say we will most likely begin to read more PRs about existing operations next week. In any case, next month is gonna be fun imo.
