Oh..shit..it was that obvious? Anyway...seen it all before. However, I would welcome any other announcement. 2 Director announcements over the last 9 months hasn't exactly been an exciting ride with axis. I'm bored out of my skull!

How about, "MES is pleased to announce that it may or may not be in negotiations with a certain country, possibly for concession rights, possibly not. The company is pleased to confirm that it may be in the begginning phase of negotiations and, as all small cap oil co. investors know, that they can take an extremely long time. In the interim, we will make occasional announcements to keep your hopes up, and to support the pps of the stock."
