Can Addax handle the development costs?

AKPO cost $5B to bring online. I expect the JDZ's smaller, but more numerous pockets of oil to be even more costly. They're staring their market cap in deveopment costs (over time) straight in the face.

Has this been talked about?

ERHC's share of JDZ oil; 1 billion barrels. Once proven, ERHE will be $10+. All we need is time and patience.
