( from what I hear Mr Barnett terminated him for asking to many questions) Mr Barnett gave himself convertible shares, which I understand will always give him majority voting rights (question was or is this legal)
As for actions that could be done, a Derivative Lawsuit, which I understand is being considered( could get very costly) or see what the SEC or others authorities will do.
If you read other boards, you will see that BDGR is falling apart (rageingbull.com), but you will see the former president Mr Ellis believes there is value if the assets belong the BDGR.
