That was also my understanding and using a present going paid rate of $6.25 bbl and 720 M shares then a fair offered price would be $3.90 to $4.00 exclusive of the EEZ. Full carry may add a little to this number so we may be looking at $4.50 tops.

Of course IF the estimates are low (and we have reason to believe they are) then the price increases proportionally.

Any other projections based upon the understood criteria?
