My comment on PANC was for a specific chart signal <<PANC is another stock to be buying at current levels, a couple of days ago it had what I consider one of the most bullish chart signals that can be flashed {Strong Volume Gainers (PANC)}>> This is a trading signal and one chart signal can't predict an event like a CFO departing the company. Looking at a PANC chart for a year would say there was issue with the stock, but the same charts would say that about hundreds of small cap biotech stocks. It was a trading signal and not a call that PANC was going to make it through the FDA this year with several new drug approvals.
