EGMI looks very interesting more so because they seem to have found the loop hole in the law. As you know the IRS dont like on line gambling at all!
I have seen how well it has done in Gibralter for instance, but a couple of those guys helped set an example to the ibdustry by getting themselves arrested by the US Gov for 'selling' into the States. The Gov here wasnt getting its cut! I found GIGM at under 2. But chickenened out. Its now 15. It was something off a no brainer marketing on line ma jong gambling to a billion people who would bet on which cockroach was the first to a chineese fortune cockie ! So EGMI have beat the system and are covered by Tribal Gambling Territorial Concessions. My thought here is are they doing it WITHIN Tribal Lands. Seems not and so ( and I havent researched this) I would be careful. If the IRS can grab some guys and haul them in from the UK for trial then they sure can from NY State a lot easier. Any reason for the drop that you have found. Could it be that the Feds are chalenging them. But gambling on line is a great industry even more so in a depression for some reason. (I am not so optimistic as you I am afraid). Interesting and may have a punt not least for a bounce. The other thing is that if you take a look at GIGM it had a pretty meteoric rise and then flattened out and even tetraced. I wonder about that and something called playing the price instead of the business. More profit in insider trading than gambling ? And how are the SEC going to regulate that going on in China or Tribal Lands I wonder ? Still its early will be back on this later maybe. Cheers for now.
