Let me come out of the shadows for a bit and play a bit of devils' advocate - maybe. Granted, I'm a newbie, I've missed some great runs since I've been watching and waiting on the sidelines afraid to jump in. I've been curious of CWLC and the other day, said aeh, on a hunch ... took a little dip for the hell of it... just in case. THEN I started digging (yeah, yeah, I know, it should be the other way around).

I read the 10Q, more PRs, more industry demographics of Tiajin, AND I called the company ("they're away on business in" China did she say, 1, 2, 3x!, then added, but "I can put you through voicemail" said the receptionist?. She kept repeating that while I tried to ascertain if there was ANYONE or note around. hmmmm.

I've also been reading many of these posts. I won't add my "analysis" on them. Many of you are quite rational and come armed with facts and not just emotional desperation (which I sense a lot of here), etc...

Before I buy more I may just ask friends who've done this level of business in China and live in China to help research... but before I even go there...an observation or two ... please indulge me here....

you buy a half-ass good-idea-company really cheap, chill, patiently, very patiently (not something I see too much of here) and you can go from .001 to .10, buy-sell, buy-sell, grab at the bottom, take note of the resistance, some fundamentals and basic charting and hey, you can get a nice cash flow of your own going. And this is where shops like Stockguru.com, Ice Cold Stocks, etc... come in. Yes, some of you have properly noted it, THEY are paid to help boost, oh, pump, things along. Be it for companies that are good, bad or indifferent. I won't say who, but he hadn't even done the fundamentals yet on one of his featured items. hmmmmmm.

So where does that leave us with CWLC:
"Look at their gross margins, revenues, and expenses, how can they be profitable?" I quote from someone, raional, on this board. Those numbers DO look bad even to my newbie eye!

Tiajin is an industrial hotbed. The real estate market is HOT. Companies are jumping in by the boatloads there. Residents there have more money and are looking to spend it, primarily on housing. But the commerce factor! Oh, yes!! I believe I just saw something about AT&T going in with a setup.

The arena is rip for CWLC. It would seem that they should be growing faster and acrruing much more revenue than they are. So we must consider, either they are not good at getting business or there is some fierce competition at bay and a not so savvy CWLC crew to outposition them.

The kinds of contracts that CWLC is garnering seem, may be my ignorance talking here, they seem a pittance. Certainly not enough to cover their liabilities any time soon. I earmarked two dates from the 10Q that I have to read over to understand how it will affect the stock. Some of you probably noted it and know immediately what it can and can not do. December 2007 and July 2008. It's in the 10Q.

So, either some good hype or REAL business to build on will come or we WILL HAVE TO buy lots low, skim some to cover, buy at the bottom, skim some of that to cover, UNTIL the real mouhla comes in. And the 10Q did state that they are relying on investor funds as part of their liquidity answer. hmmmm

NOW, with all the industrial growth going on in Tianjin, let's hope they get some of THAT play, that the Chinese government doesn't interfere too much, and that they can weather their financial storms. THE NUMBERS DON'T LOOK GOOD PEOPLE. Do the math. I know we're into pennies but c'mon now. Oh, my IRBT, GIVN, & TASR wishlist were SOOOO on the moeny!!! So I may have to play them, though pennies can be so ah, stimulating??

Since I've a few extra clients paying me, I can play a little here. I'm learning lots and loving it actually. But really folks, those numbers??? Now, maybe we could send the company a letter (same letter) signed by each of us to have a shareholders' conference call meeting. What say you all to this??? I don't believe much in problems, I believe in solutions.

Now, does anyone know of English language periodicals covering the intimate industrial ongoings of Tianjin?? Hopefully, next time I write, I will have contacted some Tianjins and get us some serious facts.

Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm sure you will, I have some other Mission Impossible business to finish up on another stock in similar circumstances. You've all been funny, stressful, worrisome, wise, ludicrous, etc... what a relief at the end of the day from my new hellish promotion! Bye for now.

Good Pennies to us All!
