indian, as you might have noticed the pattern has changed a little. while before, the dumping was supported by good news, now there is just massive dumping, no good news to support it anymore (only 3 prs for september so far compared to 8 in august or july) . might be someone's got a warning of some sort from some regulatory institutions?
