I believed the ceo mr.RA will not leave and without a fight. Now we all have no answer and news niether from the ceo mr. RA or from th appointed receiver, why? I believed because the appealing court still waiting for the decision. AS mr. RA last interview, he will File Stay in Appellate Court. USXP web site still fully funtioning, and all division still accepting business order. If the receiver want to shutt down everthing os USXP, they should do it right now to save some money for the creditors, why they still working in good order? That means the receiver was appionted for save the company and not to destroy and try to close it.
