If you wish to be informed, as to the state of affairs, for MGMX, then I suggest you read the last 3 months of Posts on this board. This company has ignored it's stockholders for 3 and 1/2 months. We were promised an update at the 2 month point, and here it is 3and 1/2 to 4 months when we find anything out. We as stockholders could have been informed as to the possibilities, months ago. But, NOOOOO!, this company will not even tell you if they are mining gold yet. So, we don't need someone telling us to give them more time. There are more things of interest about this company, that we do NOT know, than a name change and a possible reverse split. This company's silence is responsible for the demise of the PPS. Without information, stockholders have sold their shares at beaten down prices. Don't give us the "they need more time" EXCUSE. The Limited Proxy is and was designed a month ago, to give us a stronger voice in the affairs of this company, long before the name Brownstone was uttered on this board. Therefore, I suggest you do your DD with the previous posts, and then perhaps you can speak from whence you know! This is the time for action NOT words.
