I do find the pps drop a bit discouraging because it is in their "overall plan" to attract larger investors and grow their operations. Although the buyout plan makes sense, having a stable pps coud really attract deeper pockets that would make future dilution much less impacting (since you get more $ at a higher pps) and would accelerate the plan itself, including the timeline and potentially the buyout price could improve.
Although not fully discouraged, I still find my self concerned by the continued drop...
