Yes, they are able to recreate states of mind (verifiable in laboratories) previous only achieved after decades of meditation.

Very interesting,imo.

fwiw, I have both a DAVID and a CES machine, in addition to a Russian Scenar, which can be used for bio-point stimulation. Cool results
