"A TAIWANESE PAPER reports today that foundry TSMC will make AMR 946E and 1022E CPUs. According to the Economic News, quoting a TSMC official, the core technology has been licensed from UK firm ARM while the terms of the agreement will mean that the Taiwanese foundry can offer its own applications using the ARM chip. The paper claimed that ARM will intro two tool kits for the chips"
