JENNY For reasons explained in Paul's note Spooz cannot trade SWARM and do business with their other tools without conflicts with customers etc. So we would not use the tool under SPZI. To get around that we license SWARM in a company that we have a large share of ownership (120 mill shares).
This way we can profit from SWARM and still license it out ro other companies etc. So the choice was not use SWARM for profit within the company or shelf it ( make no money) or work a deal with substantial kickback (share in ownership) with 141. So we are not giving away we are gaining value. For this to make sense you 1st have to accept that the ground rule is that SPOOZ cannot trade with the tool themselves due to complications of conflict with spooztool customers. This point is the one you seem unable to accept.

It is easy to figure out what you believe. The difficulty lies in determining - is what you believe the truth.
