The language that testing and sampling should yield satisfactory results seems to be rather quixotic and conservative. Again, this may be the company not wanting to cause people to have over expectations or low balling so they can report a nice surprise. No way to know until the actual mining starts but it may cause some investors to take a shot at these levels.
