The Indians working for NXG and the tribes
that were supposed to get $1/year were awfully
quiet during hearings.

You gotta believe they're absolutely livid
and vocal now. There will be a lot of conflict
and dissention among the tribes.

Stowe basically tumbed his nose at them, saying
they're not going to waste any more time waiting
for the government.

I can see the government under pressure now to save
jobs and future investments for other miners, as well as
NXG. I think they'll find some way to allow approval.

That would be a nice follow-up to NXG first cutting an
M&A deal. We still have good potential for this stock.
But it's not going to be the barn-burner we'd hoped for.

Can't believe I devoted two years of attention to
this fiasco. Good learning experience for us investors.
