I dont believe that they play the fake biz game,
it is to small for them and it would ruin their reputation
(well, at least in russia)
I am sure they have big friends because they are in Chamber of Commerce and Industry of RF on federal level and to get there you need beside some documents the approval of this people

that is why threre only 68 companies on federal level and gazillions on regional.
I suppose NWOG management doesnt really cares about the stock price now and they will not untill they finalize some of their projects(then i hope they will sell some of theirs and/or issue new stoks so they would care about the price)
