As noted at that time, the amount of stock issued will be commensurate with the achievement of business milestones and performance of the corporation. As such, senior management will be very focused on creating long-term value for our shareholders, particularly in light of the fact that our compensation will be directly affected by the long-term performance of the Company and its stock value".
