The joint venture partner has also received the Oil and Gas Permit Notice from the State of Nevada Commission on Mineral Resources. The Noah Federal No. 1 well is located in the southwest quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 31, Twp. 26N, Rge. 55E in White Pine County, Nevada.

Those are coordinance of the 26N, Rge. 55E Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of section 31
