If Abe doesn't update the officers list the shell could be considered abandoned again. He took the company back in December from Mark Smith and hasn't did anything with it yet that we know of. If someone else were to come in and take the shell over it would be a good thing I think.

If Abe updates the list on time it could mean he hasn't forgotten about the shell and may still have intentions on moving it.
