The Divvy is still in the works as they are waiting on NASDAC to let them know what the old TA did regarding it. They will finish with it if the papers were filed by the old TA, or file papers if not. I asked about the Feb. 15th date and he said if the old TA filed that date that it would still be good, if they did not, he is not sure what date will be used

Does anyone know who to contact at the nasdac to see if the divvy was filed. I remember Martin filing the wrong paperwork with them but we never heard anything after that.
