Sam,

Cal said he is writing the checks to FASC for FASC to cover the payroll. I do not like the income report, yet if they are just deposits showing, we may be OK.

I am hoping for the 10K to point this out better.

Will Friday be payday?

Not for me. I am long here. But for some of you it may be
a chance to get some $ back.
