"Steal" does not mean the same as steal. If you own for instance 30% of one company and 20 % of another you gain by transferring value from the latter to the former, everything else being equal. This is the potential logic behind what I suspect but which we don't know. The answer will lie in what percentage SPZI will own of the company owned by the insiders up to now. I have e-mailed the company about this issue. Time will show if I get a reply.
