No mas, I'm disagreeing with you. You're just agreeing with yourself. Opteron on 90nm outperforms Opteron on 65nm. Commonality is design, difference is process. Simple conclusion, 90nm process outperforms 65nm process, or in other words, 65nm is slower than one would normally expect. In keeping, Barcelona is slower than expected as well. Mystery, coincidence or to be expected? Why you can't connect the dots is a mystery to everyone.
