Escala is on the border with Argentina I believe and since the mine is a closed facility it should not be affected by rainfall. I don't think it is a Gulag. Things are much worse in Potosi and it is a lot harder to breath there due to the3 elevation. I think that if there is a move in edlt it will be carry Franlin higher as it increses the value of the fmnj position.
