O.K. There are two types of traders...technical and fundamental. I am looking at this stock from a technical standpoint. I realize that there are great fundamentals surrounding AERO. However, there are no fundamentals surrounding FCCN. FCCN is nothing more than a shell corporation. If by some act of God the reverse merger does not take place, our shares in FCCN will essentially be worthless. At this conjuncture it is purely a speculative play. It's like when a company releases a PR...they always state at the bottom..."this may contain forward-looking statements..." I am by no means saying that the AERO deal is not going to happen. I would just personally prefer to invest in AERO (which btw the ticker has already been taken in case no one noticed) when FCCN becomes AERO. This is still penny land...and as we all know...crazier things have happened. I would also like to wait and see what will happen to the share structure.

I could get into all of the questions about...why would AERO want to go public onto the pinks? Why not buy and OTC-BB shell? Why not IPO onto the pinks? It costs less, and they could have already been listed by now. I could get into this debate...but that is the last thing that I want to do on this board.

This is all just my opinion. NO ONE should make investment decisions based upon anything that anyone on a message board has to say. Message boards are for opinions only.
