lowtrade on SWVC I had a pre-set buy bid in at .0215. It went tru at .0213 while the bid and ask was still higher and showed it as a sell on Scottrade Elite and Etrade Pro??? As a matter of fact .0213 is showing as the low of the day. Any idea of what they are doing here?
