The next shareholders meeting I believe is next month. Maybe you can get the truth from the management team why it is taking so long to get the earnings out, when they might have some guidance for the future direction of the company, when they might get listed, the business RFQs they quoted and the ones they think they will win, what is their burn rate with the last 2.5M line of credit, if the time on the warrants to be exercised will be changed to 6 mos instead of 1 yr, the breakdown on the remaining restricted shares, how much management will be selling, what is their profit margins on different product lines & etc. How they will handle the culture differences between what is important to the US investor vs what the Russians feel is important, how much added time is added in releasing information from the Russian security department & the US security departments. i guess your hero ST never addresses these problems while not disclosing that he gets paid by the company in stock. Stock is payment. These are the issues that are holding back the company's stock price. it would be nice if he would address the problems but those could be negatives. Every negative can be turned into a positive it just takes time but he just keeps telling you all of the good stuff so the 144 can sell into a higher price but does not disclose his payment from the company. At least the management will discuss these things with you. That is the reason I believe in this company and management but the timing is going take some time. i hope some good things that might start to move the stock might come out toward the end of next month. I would think a intelligent investor would be asking ST these questions to see if he will even address them. At least the management team will discuss them. They are a group of professional people that are working hard to get through all of these difficult issues. I know of one individual that had outside people review this company and management team and they came out with good ratings. Unfortuantely it is taking longer than all of us were planning to get the reward from this investment. I hope to see you at the next shareholders meeting. They have some good ideas for the next meeting i believe. I will definitley have questions for this management team.
