Rapid Fitness Begins Development of International Resort and Spa Dedicated to Fitness, Nutrition and Well Being Outside Cancun, Mexico

FT. LAUDERDALE, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 09/25/07 -- Rapid Fitness, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: RPDI) announced today it has begun development of an international resort and spa in partnership with Duxplore Inc. and Pegasus Capital Group SA. The resort and spa will serve as the Rapid Fitness International Headquarters and be located in the heart of the Five Star Boca Iglesia Super Resort.
The Boca Iglesia resort encompasses a Super Deluxe Hotel, a Mayan Cluster Hotel, Country Club, Marina, Rapid Fitness Resort & Spa and Yacht Club together with luxury shopping and fine eateries. Boca Iglesia will provide its guests and residents every imaginable amenity, all of which will be at the fingertips of the members of Rapid Fitness.
Punta Arena, Boca Iglesia's residential development, will be located in close proximity to the resort and Rapid Fitness International Headquarters. The residential development will be known as the "Venice of Mexico," featuring high-end residences available to Rapid Fitness Members and situated on wide canals with memberships available to the Yacht Club. The Mayan Village will be developed with Deluxe Condominiums, some of which will be on a waterway with boat slips. A new state-of-the-art hospital and medical center together with an international airstrip will be constructed within minutes from Boca Iglesia and Rapid Fitness. The hospital will be staffed with world-renowned doctors and specialists.
The Rapid Fitness International Headquarters will serve as the base of operations for Interactive IPFitness and IPTV Fitness. These online fitness programs featuring streaming audio and video work-outs will be accessible by members as well as individuals who can not go to our fitness centers for training, allowing members to work out at home or at the office with one of our live trainers online. We will have several types of live online nutrition, fitness and cardio instructors for our members.
