CBAY not to introduce new shares into the market according to SEC document on Sept 17th. So the increase in a/s to 6 billion means nothing right now IMO!! $330,000 in insider buys however means a whole lot!!! LOL!!!!



The Company has no definitive plans or commitments to issue additional shares of Common Stock.
