there are many possibilities why kreisler kevin "disposed" shares but what i don't like is that he does it now before the completion of the merger and probably other stuff but he is an "insider" and if he would wait a few weeks he probably could have sold them for more so that is strange and something i don't like. maybe he needed some cash urgently who knows or he knows something we don't know yet. time will tell
