LOw, What do u make of whats going on in cbay? All those shares the CEO is buying on the open market. He bought 700 mill today alone at .0003. filed in form 4 late toDAY. I have seen plenty of CEO put out great news to pump and then dump but he put out crap news and is now buying all the stock up after he dropped
