Wise: I'm sorry if I misinterpreted anything in your post.

My recent investment is averaged around 3.5 cents, but with this latest drop I'm not a happy camper either. Like you, every time I think we've hit the lowest low, something else happens to drag us down even further!

I'd also vote NO to the R/S (at least now), but we will never be asked. The BOD is not required to get shareholder approvale for splits. (Again, based on that theory that a split is mathematically neutral). Plus even if they did need shareholder approval, I think they hold majority control.
